Aloe Baby aims to process your order as soon as
possible. General orders are dispatched on the
day they are received if the order is placed by 3pm.
We aim to deliver your order within 2 working days.
In the event of your item being out of stock, we
will offer you the best alternatives or a later
delivery date.
Please note that orders weighing over 2kg to the
EU and Rest of the World will be subject to a
delivery surcharge. No orders over 2kg will be
despatched without prior customer agreement on the
relevant surcharge level. |

Returns and Cancellation
If you are not 100% satisfied with any
product you have chosen, please keep it in the
original packaging, in the condition it was received
and contact us within 7 days to arrange a refund or
exchange. In the UK customers have the right to
cancel an order placed through a website within 7
working days of receiving goods. If you do wish to
cancel your order please contact us as soon as
possible. If your order has already been dispatched
contact us about returning
products. For your protection we recommend that you
use a recorded delivery service. We cannot accept
any responsibility for loss or damage to goods until
we have received them. When goods have been received
by us in a saleable condition we will then refund
you. Return postage and packaging costs cannot be
refunded. Any goods that are returned without any
notice will not be accepted. |
